These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the contract for building a pool — that is a separate written agreement signed before any work begins, and nothing here replaces it.
Using this site
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use it. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed.
What is on this site is not an offer
Everything here — project photos, service descriptions, sample prices and the payment estimator — is provided for information. It is not a quote, an offer, or a promise of a particular result. Pricing for your project depends on your site, your selections, engineering, permitting and current material costs, and is only firm once it is in a signed written agreement.
The financing estimator
The payment figures on this site are an illustration produced by a simple calculation on numbers you choose. They are not a loan offer, a rate quote, or a statement that you will qualify for anything. Real rates, terms and approval come from a lender, not from us. We are not a lender and we do not give financial advice.
Project photography
Photographs on this site show work designed and delivered by our founder, including projects completed before Spartan Luxury Pools was formed. They illustrate workmanship and style; your project will differ.
Messaging terms
- Programme. Spartan Luxury Pools sends texts about your enquiry, scheduling, and the progress of your project.
- Consent. We only text people who have asked us to. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything from us.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies with the stage of your project.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Ask your carrier.
- Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
- Delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual property
The text, photographs, designs and branding on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not reproduce them without asking.
Links to other sites
Where we link elsewhere — a manufacturer, a lender, our YouTube channel — we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
No warranty for the site itself
This website is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Warranties on work we perform are set out in your written agreement with us, not here.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and the courts of Collin County, Texas will have jurisdiction over any dispute about this website.
