Who we are

Spartan Luxury Pools and Spas (“we”, “us”), a residential pool builder serving the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. You can reach us at build@spartanluxurypools.com or (469) 905-7276.

What we collect

• What you send us. Your name, email address, project address or town, the scope, timeline and budget you select, and anything you type into the notes field. A phone number only if you choose to give one.
• Address lookup. When you type an address, what you type is sent to Google Places so it can suggest matches. We never see your Google account, and Google never sees the rest of your enquiry.
• Chat. If you use the chat widget, the messages you send and any contact details you provide there are handled by our messaging provider on our behalf.
• Server logs. Our host records ordinary request data such as IP address, browser type and the page requested. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

To answer your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare a design and quote, and carry out work you engage us for. We keep enquiry records so we can pick up a conversation months later, which is normal for projects on this timescale. We do not sell your information, and we do not buy or sell marketing lists.

Text messages and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We only send text messages to people who have asked us to. If you opt in, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our full messaging terms are on the Terms of Service page.

Who else touches your information

Only the services we need to run the business, and only for that purpose. They act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing:

• Our website host, for serving this site and its server logs.
• Google Places, for address autocomplete.
• Our email provider, for sending you a confirmation and alerting us to your enquiry.
• Our CRM and messaging platform, where your enquiry is stored and followed up.
• Subcontractors and suppliers, where a specific detail is needed to do your work.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we might reasonably do business with you, and project records for as long as needed for warranty, tax and legal purposes. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

Email us at build@spartanluxurypools.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link or just tell us. To stop texts, reply STOP.

Children

This site is aimed at homeowners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made clear on the site.
